Reservation Process

Follow our website and select the booking tab. Choose the travel package or service of your choice by carefully following the step-by-step instructions. For help with your reservation, feel free to contact our helpful customer support team by phone or email.

Please be noted that all travelers who book the vacation package must be at least 18 years old in order to ensure a smooth booking process.

Payments Policies

We need a deposit, of 20% advance the amount from the full payment which will be stated throughout the booking process, to confirm your reservation. To reserve your reservation, the deposit must be paid 15 days before arrival. Depending on the package or service you select, the remaining balance may be paid in full upfront or when you arrive. Please follow the payment procedures listed on the booking confirmation.

Cancelation and  Refunds

If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify it at least 7 days through your tour consultant. Refunds may be available under certain circumstances, as outlined in our cancellation policy. In case of cancelation,10% of the total amount due for your selected package value will be charged.

Amendments

If you need to change your reservation or excursion, please get in touch with your consultant we will try our best to help, but please in consideration that depending on the desired changes may be subject to availability and additional expenses.

Traveler Information and Documentation:

We request certain information from all travelers, including full names, contact information, and any other necessary facts, to ensure a hassle-free travel experience. Every traveler is responsible for making sure to give accurate and current information during the booking process. Additionally, if necessary, please supply any additional documentation needed for your intended location, such as visas or permits. Prior to their trip, travelers are responsible for securing the required documents.

Travelers with disabilities or medical issues are kindly requested to inform our consultants about their particular requirements in advance in order to provide safe and comfortable travel. We could ask you to submit any pertinent medical documents or reports. Your assistance enables us to make the necessary arrangements.

Breakages and Damages

You will be held responsible for any breakages, losses, or damage caused by you or a member of your party during your stay. It is your responsibility to repair the damage or pay the supplier in full before leaving, and to pay us for any losses, damages, or claims made against us.

Behavior

We are committed to developing environmentally responsible tourism methods which prioritize community involvement, cultural preservation, and environmental conservation. Responsible travel is essential for the well-being of our destination and the empowerment of local communities. Responsible travel begins with awareness and deliberate decisions. We can have a positive and long-lasting impact on the local community and environment if you follow the principles we provided before your arrival.  You must accept responsibility for your actions.

Modification and Interruption

We reserve the right, from time to time, to change, amend, or remove the Content or the Services with the goal to comply with new laws or regulations or to upgrade our offerings. We also reserve the right to modify or stop all or elements of the Services if Termly goes out of business or if we change Termly’s business offering. We shall not be responsible to you or any third person if the Services are modified, priced, suspended, or discontinued.

We cannot ensure that the Services will always be available. We might face hardware, software, or other issues, or we may need to perform maintenance on the Services, which may cause problems, delays, or errors. We reserve the right to amend, revise, update, suspend, cease, or otherwise modify the Services at any time and will make reasonable efforts to notify you of such changes. You agree that we will have no responsibility for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from your inability to access or use the Services during any downtime or discontinuance of the Services.
